This position requires the candidate to be stationed in Russia for 15 months. The Candidate will be assigned a local IBM manager in Russia as well as a Burlington, VT project manager and technical support team. Relocation to Russia will occur in July 2013, with training in Burlington to start as early as January 1, 2013. The FEOL Integration Engineer will be responsible for assisting Angstrem-T with integrating the 9LP/RF technology process flow on a tool set selected by Angstrem-T. Primary duties include supporting Angstrem with the creation of process experiments, analyzing experiment data, and establishing process controls to meet device specifications. The candidate must have good program management skills and excellent problem solving skills. The candidate must be able to work across global boundaries to secure a successful execution of the technology transfer. The candidate will be asked to provide clear and precise project status reports to broader team and upper management.
