The Operations Strategy Coordinator will: Assist in the global coordination of candidates and clientsStrategize and effect change with process and growth Act as right hand to the firms leader, helping to define and architect the firms capabilitiesAssist in the day to day management of office operations including interfacing with internal staff, maintaining office infrastructure (phone, computers, etc.), managing executive schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.Guide the development of the firms website back-end capability, assist designing and maintaining proprietary databases, optimize our Social Media presence and should have extensive search engine optimization (SEO)Interface with the firms Partners and global clients keeping fast moving, ever changing calendars up to date.Education, Experience & Key Competencies:1-7 years business experienceBachelors Degree a mustMust be tech savvy, having strong computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Exchange, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as some programming skills *(a plus) and database design *(a plus), Strong Social Media optimization techniques for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., Must exhibit strong written & oral communication skills, as well as problem solving and analysis skillsMust be highly organized, have excellent planning and project management skills with strong attention to detail, able to multi-task and work very quicklyMust have a very positive spirit and energy
