Formula for Success: You Will...
Program Summary
: 24:month cross:functional rotation program. Participants complete three 8:month rotations in areas such as: Manufacturing/Operations, Corporate Engineering, Ecology and Safety, Maintenance, and Research and Development (R and D). The program has a technical focus.
: Assignments can be in a variety of locations throughout the U.S.
: May lead to opportunities in a variety of disciplines within the organization.
