We'relooking for a dynamic Programmatic Supervisor to be the crucial \"hub\" of ourentertainment platform team, managing programmatic traders while challengingthe status quo. You are an expert in Programmatic media, and want to share thatknowledge with your team and clients. You are highly motivated, focused yet flexible,a strong analytical thinker and able to manage data, clients and teams.

Essential Functions:

* Ensurethe health of your accounts, spending budgets in full, while exceeding clientKPIs

* Bethe primary point of contact for both internal and client communication

* Managethe day to day activity of the team, ensuring each team member has clearunderstanding of their responsibilities and deadlines, providing onboarding,programmatic education and platform training as necessary

* Developinitial audience segmentation and bid strategies and evolve constantly basedperformance and learnings

Know Dataand the Platforms Inside and Out:

* Owntrades in multiple programmatic consoles

* Bethe first point of contact for Trader consultation regarding audience and optimizationrecommendations

* Manageexpectations based on campaign changes (budget increases, decreases, creativelimitations, website redesigns, etc.)

* Analyzeverification data to improve the quality of impressions purchased

* Identifyflow of inventory trends within the DSPs based on volume of media spend,seasonality, environmental factors and marketplace changes

* Understandclients' website, assets and customer journey to develop tagging, DCO, andpersonalized messaging strategies

* Ensurelearnings are being shared and acted upon across channels (SEM, paid social,programmatic)

Be AnIndustry Leader:

* Understandand communicate the impact of trends in programmatic and client industries viaPOVs

* Supportbusiness growth by identifying upsell opportunities with current clients andassisting in new business

* Be anagency thought leader, writing POVs to share internally and externally

* Evolverelationship with key media partners to ensure we're changing how we dobusiness together, evaluating first to market opportunities to stay ahead ofthe marketplace

* Beinvolved in local industry communities as a positive agency spokesperson, activelyparticipating and networking where possible

What You Have

* 3 - 5 years of experiencein digital advertising; preferred minimum two years specializing inprogrammatic

* Deep understanding ofworking in programmatic platforms (The Trade Desk and TubeMogul experience required)

* Passion for digitalmarketing, programmatic advertising and our clients' business

* An even bigger passion fordata, analysis and Excel

* Programmaticexperience across display and mobile required, additional channels (audio, OOH,television) a plus

* Strong analytical skillswith the ability to make data-driven recommendations

* A knackfor building compelling decks in PowerPoint

* Positive attitude/teamplayer

* Organized/detail oriented

* BA/BS degree, preferablyin advertising, marketing, business, economics or similar
