Team LeaderManager Mandatory Certifications CISSP CISM or any SANS security certification Seasoned and motivated security practitioner with significant hands on experience in a large enterprise environment needed to lead expand and grow a security team with a heavy focus on Security Monitoring and Incident Response Responsibilities Manage and improve overall Security Monitoring and Incident Response program using processes procedures and automation Prevent Manage and Contain wormvirus outbreaks and data breaches Coordinate incident response across multiple teams while providing technical assistance Highest point of technical escalation for all cyber security incidents Identify cyber threats attack patterns and recommend corresponding security controls Manage and mentor a team of entry to mid level security engineers Ensure 999 uptime for security infrastructure including Vulnerability Management Antivirus Encryption DLP SIM and IPS Oversee troubleshooting and deployment of security infrastructure including Vulnerability Management Antivirus Encryption DLP SIM and IPS Oversee all security projects and ensure completion within time and budget Review network and security architecture and provide guidance for deployment of new technologies and integration with existing technologies Act as Subject Matter Expert for security and recommend best practices to the client on all IT initiatives from a security perspective Perform application security assessments based on HIPAA and NIST guidelines Conduct proof of concepts vendor comparisons and recommend solutions in line with business requirements Present weekly security and compliance reports to Sr Management Maintain and develop relationship with the business and law enforcement agencies Work closely with Governance Risk and Compliance team Requirements 810 year experience in IT with at least 6 years working as a senior security consultantengineer 34 years security monitoringlog analysis experience (correlating logs from IDS IPS Firewall Windows NIX Web Proxy AntiVirus NetQoS etc) using Arcsight 12 years experience performing forensics analysis and incident response 23 years experience with penetration testing Experience with McAfee network and endpoint security products a plus Strong knowledge of HIPAA NIST and ISO Security standards Experience with managing enterprise security projects RoutingSwitching Server Administration or Database experience a plus Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills Education and Certifications Bachelors in Computer Science or related major CISSP CISM or any SANS security certification Vendor security certifications or project management certifications a plus Please respond with your interest satishkumarmicroexcelcom or call 201#######x13
