Clean linens; two sets of keys. Kitchen has full range and oven, microwave, cooking utensils and refrigerator. Bathroom: full tub, shower, sink. No doorman or elevator.
This brightly lit, cheery apartment faces west and has partial river views from its third floor location. 100 yards from the 550 acre Hudson River Park this offers jogging and bicycling paths from Battery Park to 59th Street. The Christopher St. pier is a perfect spot to watch the sunset.
If you like fine dining, there are over 20 restaurants rated Excellent or Very Good by the NY Times within a 15 minute walk.
Night life is the soul of the Greenwich Village. More than 50 music venues are located within a short walk from the apartment.
