You don't get more "waterfront" than this!!!

Looking for an affordable way to enjoy the season in Montauk without the exhorbitant cost? Consider a 1/4 ownership share of a classic Bertram 42' Aft Cabin Yacht docked at the prestigious Montauk Yacht Club!

For years I've tried to justify the cost of ownership while using the boat on a limited basis, so I've decided to try something new. By dividing up the annual costs 4 ways, the prospect of boat ownership is reduced to an affordable amount (est. $5700 per share annually) and the guilt of leaving the boat week after week without being used is eliminated. Partners get 6 weeks usage in the season (one week in each of May, June, September and October) and 2 continuous weeks in July or August! See what a yacht charter would cost for that much usage!!!

Yacht Club amenities are too many to list, but a partial list includes 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurants, bars, health club, spa, sand beach, picnic area, shuttle bus to town, etc.

Prospective partners must be experienced boaters or be willing to be trained.

The initial investment is $25,000 per partner, which gives you 25% ownership of the boat (held in an LLC). Since this is an actual asset, you could recoup this amount if you decide to sell your share in the future.

Yacht specs: A well maintained 42' Bertram aft cabin, 1980, with twin Detroit 671TI diesel engines, with fly-bridge and swim platform, sleeps 6-8 people in 2 private cabins, 2 full bathrooms with showers, aft cabin with 2 full-size beds, v-berth with 2 twin beds, full-size sofa-bed in salon, large galley with full-size refrigerator, electric range and oven, WIFI and cable TV, and much more!
