I have a 2 bdrm Montauk cottage rental with 3 full baths that will sleep 6 comfortably directly on the beach at Gurney's Inn for $4000 for all 7 nights or
$600 a night for 1-6 nights, slightly more on weekends. There are only 4 cottages directly on the beach and this is the only 2 bdrm 3 bath cottage that has a 2nd floor bdrm with a balcony overlooking the beach with direct ocean view.

There are 2 outside private decks with table, chairs, and lounges.

Tiled enclosed porch with mini-fridge, table and chairs for 6.

Living area with queen pull-out couch, fireplace, plasma TV, closet and 3rd bath with jet tub, seperate shower and bidet.

Guest bdrm has TV, 2 full size beds, closet, and bath w/tub shower combo. Master bdrm on 2nd floor has balcony, TV, closet, bath w/jet tuband seperate shower.

There is a mini-kithen, with sink, cook top, micro, mini-fridge, coffee maker, pots, pans, flatware, etc.

This cottage rents through Gurney' for over $1000 per night with taxes and fees and only if there is availability. Presently there is none. This rental is for 7 nights starting Fri. September 6 2013, check-out is Fri. Sept. 13 2013 at 11 AM, but you can stay and use the beach and facilities as late you like. This 7 night stay would cost over $6500.

This is the week after Labor Day 2013. Perfect for a wedding party.

I am an owner and am willing to rent at practically the cost of a large oceanfront stateroom. I would prefer Paypal, but will accept a Postal MO. I can email some photos. This a rare opportunity to experience a stay at Gurney's in a unit where only few can afford. These are the only dates I have available. I will consider a 1-6 night stay.
