I am currently putting together a Real Estate related bicycle tour for:

Brooklyn
Queens
Manhattan

I am looking for a mortgage broker, an attorney, an insurance broker, and other real estate related professionals to help me put it together. This will be a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life. All participants will pay $10 to participate. 100% of the proceeds will go to the fundraiser which takes place in June of 2015. Our goal is to raise $50,000 for our team through our efforts and to raise awareness for all cancer research. A "sub" goal is to exercise and have fun while networking with different people and getting our name out there.

So, at this time the Realtor position is filled by me:

George L. Rosario
Real Estate Salesperson
Coldwell Banker Kueber
Phone: 718-628-0100
Mobile: 917-945-4211
Email: George.Rosario@coldwellbanker.com
Website: http://www.coldwellbanker.com/website/glrosario

We still need:
1. Mortgage Broker
2. Insurance Agent
3. Real Estate Attorney
4. Others in Real Estate

Let's raise money and awareness for cancer research while having fun, getting exposure for our services and getting in shape for summer 2015!

Party 934 is a community radio station that broadcasts from all over the world. Each person on the air is located in a different part of the world, broadcasting live to the Internet. Currently, over one hundred on-air personalities host shows ranging from talk, hip hop, R&B, jazz, electronica, folk, blues, world, and much more.

We are looking for talented, personality-driven, forward-thinking on-air personalities who are interested in speaking about the issues they feel are important or playing the music they are passionate about. Since Party 934 is not a "formatted" radio station, personalities are afforded the opportunity to be as diverse as they'd like on the air. In fact, some of our programs feature multiple genres during their show, while others focus on one or two related genres. We encourage our personalities to be different and to engage their audience through their live radio program.

The responsibilities associated with this volunteer position is an interested in mass communications/radio and the programming and live presentation of an exciting, entertaining, and informative radio program.

As a community radio station, we feel all shows should be focused on the personality's community, wherever that be. Applicants should be familiar and comfortable with community events, meet and greets, parties, charitable organizations, etc.

A brief note about content restrictions: We do not permit the broadcasting of top 40 music as we feel our mainstream society perpetuates enough of that format. We also do not accept programs where vulgarity or profanity is used. More information about content restrictions will be discussed during the telephone interview.

Be advised that this is a remote/virtual opportunity - in other words, you are able to present your radio program from anywhere in the world, as long as you have reliable, high speed internet access. We will provide all necessary programs/software and training.

Please email Dan Butler, Program Director, at dan at party934 dot com for more information about this exciting opportunity!

Party 934 is a project of The Freeform Radio Initiative, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
