Four new purebred Chihuahua puppies for sale, three females & one male. Price is firm $400 for the boy and $450 for the girls. You may come to our home see the puppies, their parents, the nursery and all my other dogs. All puppies are CKC registered and have pedigrees available, you can also see their information including their registrations & pedigree backgrounds online on our website. Parents are both here at my home and you're welcome to stop in and see them, you'll also be able to see the nursery and the environment we raise them in.

Both parents are well socialized and actively around my children & other dogs. I've bred my Chihuahuas to have the best possible character in a family environment. I am taking deposits reservations for the puppies mentioned in this post and you will receive the puppy after the 8 week wean period with a free vet checkup, de-worm treatment, up to date vaccinations, registration, pedigree & a picture cd of your pet since day one. Q: What will I get on delivery day?

Q: How long until I can take the puppy home?

A: Puppies will be handed over to their new owners after they are approximately 8 weeks old and are ready to eat solid foods, drink liquids on their own and being worm, parasite and disease free proven by our vet.

Q: Eight weeks is a long time...

A: You'll be able to watch your puppy online anytime you want on our website via our puppy nursery live cam (visit our puppies page) and we also send out bi-weekly newsletters to all new owners with updated pictures of the new puppy so you see it grow up until the day you take it home. On top of this when you take it home you will also get a cd with all the pictures we have of your dog up to the very day you take him/her home!


A FEW HELPFUL TIPS ABOUT RE-HOMING YOUR CHIHUAHUA:

Once a Chihuahua puppy has been purchased from a reputable breeder it’s necessary to introduce the puppy into one’s home easily. Chihuahuas, like many breeds, can be nervous once they’ve been introduced into a new environment. Their little bodies may shake at the sight of a child or another dog in the house. If there is a child, it’s a good idea to let them and puppy bond at the breeder's location with a adult holding the puppy. Depending on the age of the child, make sure that the he or she is gentle with the little guy. This will make it easier for them to bond and get along better at home.

When preparing your home for your new Chihuahua, here is a laundry list of things that you will need for your new puppy. Remember to keep things small, they will not be able to pick up large toys, and they will want a small dog bed to keep snug and secure. Remember to find out what kind of food your little Chihuahua has been eating. You do not want to bring them home and start them on a whole new kind of food. This will only make them sick. If you do not want to feed your Chihuahua the same kind of food he or she was eating before, ask them for a small baggie of the old food and then purchase your new food. When you get home with your puppy, slowly mix in the new kind with the old kind.

Keep in mind your Chihuahua is very small, so make sure you get a food with very small kernels so it is easy for them to chew. You may want a new leash and collar to take your puppy home with you. I find that the best collars for a Chihuahua is a cat collar. Dog collars that are small enough for a Chihuahua can be hard to find. I would not recommend your Chihuahua to be outside very often if at all during the first six months of it's life cycle. If you live in a cooler climate, I would also recommend some doggy attire for your Chihuahua. They cannot survive very long in cold temperatures, even if they are in an air conditioned home they can easily get the chills. Some people go all out and get their new puppy a whole wardrobe, I think that one or two sweaters and maybe a pair of booties is plenty good enough, but if you want to go all out and buy a whole wardrobe that's up to you.
