Details: http://www.AdventureSociety.com ***LAST BIKE RIDE OF THE SEASON!*** Spend the afternoon biking through the beautiful Hudson Valley along a wonderful paved bike path that winds through the country and little towns along the way. Admire the remainder of the beautiful fall *foliage while you exercise, raise your heart rate and work your hips, thighs, buttocks, calves and entire lower body! We'll bike for approximately 3 hours round trip. This is a moderate bike ride (average pace of 10 mph) on a paved path with very mild grade and is a great ride for beginner to intermediate riders!
