Artist Tom Bovo is staging a solo exhibit of photographic work as the inaugural exhibition in a new gallery, the Peninsula Art Space, in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The exhibit features recent work (from 2011 through 2013) of haunting and mysterious views of the disappearing cityscapes of Red Hook and Gowanus areas of Brooklyn. There will be a closing reception for the exhibit on Saturday, June 1, from 6 to 9 pm.
