A beautiful full size copy of the Jacobus Stainer Violin, this is dated 1793. The violin has been expertly repaired. The bridge, sound post, and fittings are new . No rattling sound from inside, It has a good mature sound and is responsive throughout the entire range.

Hi! I received my Masters in Violin Performance from Boston Conservatory and I also studied piano. I have over 21 years experience in music, music history, music theory, ear training, and orchestral studies. I have also taken courses on Alexander Technique and Yoga for Musicians. I teach beginning and intermediate students of all ages (4-adult), and am currently on the faculty of three music schools. I have some openings for new private students. I am easily accessible by the 2,3, M102, and M7, and a five minute walk from the B and C trains. Lessons can be 30, 45, or 60 minutes, weekly or bi-weekly.

Hi! I received my Masters in Violin Performance from Boston Conservatory and have also studied piano. I am currently teaching at three music schools with students on both instruments, in addition to working towards my Suzuki Certification on Violin at the School for Strings. I have taught beginning and intermdiate students of all ages from 4 to adult. I have over 21 years experience in music, and my lessons include music history, theory, and ear training as well as instrumental study. I have also taken courses in Alexander Technique and Yoga for Musicians and work with my students to create tension-free playing.
